At Calcs-Plus, we take immense pride in our exceptional team of professionals who bring their expertise and passion to the table every day.

Our founder, Dennis Stroer, holds a Class A HVAC Contractor's license and boasts an extensive background in the heating and cooling industry since 1973. As a Residential Energy Rater, State of Florida New Commercial Rater, and New Public Building Rater, Dennis has also shared his knowledge as an HVAC instructor at the Florida Solar Energy Center and as a provider of continuing education credits to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.

Robert Monks, our duct design expert, has been an integral part of the air conditioning industry since the late 1980s. Drawing from his hands-on experience in installation and servicing, Robert now plays a pivotal role in our duct design operations.

Jeff Petrosky, a talented member of our HVAC design department, specializes in residential design.

Randy Hurley, who joined us in the early 1990s, is a Manual J Load calculation expert using Elite RHVAC software and is an integral part of our Load Calculation division.

Our proficient team members Elizabeth O'Keefe & Scott Zamiska handle residential Load & Energy code calculations, commercial Energy calculations, and Annual Energy.

Dan Vargas is our job coordinator, and he collects all the information for the  jobs to ensure a seamless workflow to get jobs done quickly & accurately.

Tammie Greenwald takes care of office administration, invoicing, phone calls, and credit card payments with dedication and efficiency.
